Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- None

ARs:

- Mike add comments to CMPNT, DLY, MSPEC sections.
  - No new progress.

- Lance add comments to EBD section.
  - No new progress.

- Bob add comments to CIRCUIT section.
  - No new progress.


Possible IBIS quality summit presentation
- Mike: If we release the UG we could report on that.
  - People are always interested in parser release information.
- Bob: We probably will not release the UG soon enough.
- Mike: We could have just a few slides in the chair's report.
- Bob: That would be good.


Parser Contract review:
- Bob: The agreement has been signed by all parties.
  - The code might be delivered some time in October.


DLL Checking:
- Mike showed DLL_checks_draft1.docx.
- Mike: This is intended to be an appendix to the parser contract.
- Bob: Is there a way to check the DLL before opening it?
- Mike: Not really, but failure to open the DLL is not fatal.
- Bob: We do not want repeated warnings.
- Mike: It checks each AMI file only once, can do the same for DLLs.

AR: Mike send DLL_checks_draft2.docx to Bob with more code details.
